Parade 'Big Tee' Sleepshirts have an oversized, boxy fit and are generous in length. Organic cotton will shrink slightly more than regular cotton - up to 5% in length.  After washing and shrinking, your garment will be more 'true to size'.

Please note sleep & lounge wear is more relaxed than dress sizes, so sizing is flexible depending on the fit you prefer. 

Size chart (North American women's sizing) :

XS: size 0-4 - length is 90 cm/35.5 in
S/M: sizes 4-10 - length is 94 cm/37 in
L/XL: sizes 12-18 - length is 96 cm/38 in

I've washed this sleepshirt three times now and it really did shrink about an inch in length, so keep that in mind if you're tall. The organic cotton feels noticeably softer than my old synthetic nightgowns, and the extra room means I don't wake up tangled in it.
